The JEMA Women In Ministry Commission was organized in 1992 for the purpose of equipping, encouraging, and enhancing missionary and Japanese women in their ministry roles by providing resource materials, workshops, seminars, retreats, and a forum for communication.
I dont believe it is Gods will that women serve as pastors.
